Great hospitality design does more than create beautiful spaces it creates places where people feel welcome, connected, and part of a community. Through real-world examples, Joe will explore how hospitality thinking, sustainable design, and commitment to community can create lasting value far beyond the transaction. At the heart of the talk is a simple belief: good design should not be reserved for a select few; everyone deserves spaces that are thoughtful, welcoming, and designed with care.
