Will Means, Group President, The Middleby Corporation

Will Means is Group President at The Middleby Corporation, where he oversees core business operations, brand strategy, dealer buying groups, and consultant services teams. A commercial foodservice veteran, Means joined Middleby in 2024 as President of Southbend before earning a promotion to his current executive role. He previously dedicated 17 years to Ali Group, serving in critical leadership positions like Group President at Welbilt and President of Beverage-Air, Victory, and Champion. Means holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of NAFEM.
